Adult Education programs receive performance-based funding. But what is included in “performance”? In this session, review the ten federal measures of performance, including the five types of Measurable Skill Gain (MSG), along with the eight Kansas quality measures. We’ll discuss ways each staff member can contribute to performance outcomes. This session is designed for staff new to Adult Education and those who would like a broad overview of the impact of each outcome.
